Avoid placing your furniture under direct sunlight and/or near radiators. Occasionally polish with natural bees wax to retain sheen and to nourish the wood.

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Handcrafted items of furniture can take from 2 - 8 weeks. Handcrafted ceramics can take 10-14 business days due to levels of demand.

Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Frank & Pig are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
