Handcrafted in Devon, our rustic Farmhouse Table is made from real wood and, better still, crafted from high quality reclaimed pine, this table features a rustic and charming farmhouse design that's perfect for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in your home. Due to the reclaimed pine materials, you can own your new furniture content in the knowledge that no new trees were cut down to make it.
The timber is sourced as locally as possible to cut down our carbon footprint. Our Farmhouse Tables are made from old beams and floorboards to provide a timeless, rustic charm. These tables are solidly constructed to last a lifetime and each one is totally unique.
Your handcrafted table will feature a smooth, sturdy and durable table top measuring approximately two inches thick and is beautifully finished with farmhouse, hand turned legs. The tables are then hand waxed in a medium oak finish and we apply a coat of natural beeswax polish before despatch.
This table isn't just practical – it's also highly versatile. The warm and natural tones of the reclaimed pine can be paired with a range of different decor styles, from rustic to modern, making it the perfect choice for any home.
Due to the nature of reclaimed timbers, there will be original knots, nicks, old nail markings and uneven edges/surfaces which are a part of the wood and should not be deemed a defect. This all adds to the charming character and natural rustic age and history of the reclaimed wood used.
Each table is crafted for you with great care and attention and this does take time. Every table is made to order with a lead time of approximately 4 - 6 weeks. If you need your table by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Delivery is included and we use a professional two man team to deliver from Devon. These are large and heavy items so please be aware delivery is to a ground floor location only. The table is delivered in two sections; the frame/base and then the tabletop. The top will need securing to the base with wooden fixings included, but we do recommend using an electric screwdriver for ease. Assembly instructions will be provided.

Table Height: Approximately 78 / 79 cm.
Our reclaimed tables are approximately 78/79cm high and made to fit standard height chairs measuring from floor to seat of approximately 45cm to 46cm. If you need your table to be made taller to accommodate taller chairs, please let us know and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries at all with respect to chair / table height. The larger size tables, 8ft and above will have thicker, chunkier legs to support the table top weight and the smaller size tables are made with slimmer, hand turned farmhouse legs.
Aftercare:
Your table will need treating and nourishing from time to time with a coat of natural beeswax polish. We also ask our customers to give the tables a good buff with the pot of complimentary polish supplied once you have received it and it is in place (to help it settle in!) Wood is a natural material that expands and contracts as it releases and absorbs moisture.
The beeswax polish adds moisture and shine and keeps your table in tip top condition. Please do not place your table in direct sunlight or next to a radiator as this can dry out the wood and cause cracks to appear.
To prevent marks from plates, glasses and cups - we recommend coasters and place mats be used. Do not place hot dishes or plates directly onto your table - it is not heatproof.

We will deliver your table from Devon using a professional two man team. These tables are very large and heavy items and we can only deliver to a ground floor location.
Our handmade, reclaimed pine sustainable furniture is delivered to your home completely packaging free ensuring no waste. Our partnering couriers are experts in the handling, transportation and storage of our handmade furniture. We ensure that every one of our handmade furniture items are handled with extra care to ensure they reach you in pristine condition with the use of cotton protection cloths and blankets to ensure no wasteful packaging.

Please note that bespoke, made to order furniture is non-returnable as these are custom orders and as such are non-refundable once they have been built.
It is important to say that understandably Frank & Pig cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from your reclaimed furniture not being cared for appropriately, and we cannot be held responsible remedying an issue caused by not giving it the love it deserves.
We would also ask that in the event of their being an issue with your reclaimed product that you contact us within three days of delivery so that we can take any appropriate action.
