Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Handcrafted ceramics can take up to 10 - 14 business days due to levels of demand.

Please return the item to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Frank & Pig are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
