Cleaning
Clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth. For more stubborn marks, use a mild diluted soap solution only.
Avoid bleach, abrasive products, antibacterial sprays and alcohol-based cleaners, as these can break down the protective wax finish and dry out the timber. Please read our reclaimed furniture care guide located at the foot of our website. Monthly beeswax maintenance required.

Handmade to Order
Every handmade set is crafted to order with care and attention to detail in our Devon workshop. Our current lead time is approximately 4 – 6 weeks depending on demand.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will provide an estimated dispatch date.
Delivery Information
We offer delivery across UK Mainland addresses using a professional two-person delivery service.
Due to the size and weight of solid reclaimed furniture, delivery is made to a ground floor location only.
Your table is delivered in two sections:
- Table frame/base
- Tabletop
Wooden fixings are included for assembly. We recommend using an electric screwdriver for ease.
Assembly instructions and a furniture care guide will be emailed after purchase.
Reclaimed Wood Furniture Aftercare
To keep your reclaimed pine farmhouse table in excellent condition, we recommend monthly treatment using a natural clear beeswax polish (we recommend Parr’s Beeswax Polish).
A complimentary pot is included with your order to help you get started.
Wood is a natural material that expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. Regular waxing helps nourish and protect the timber.

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control for which we cannot accept responsibility.
We will deliver your table from Devon using a professional two man team to a ground floor location. Our handmade, reclaimed pine sustainable furniture is delivered to your home completely packaging free ensuring no waste. Our partnering couriers are experts in the handling, transportation and storage of our handmade furniture. We ensure that every one of our handmade furniture items are handled with extra care to ensure they reach you in pristine condition with the use of cotton protection cloths and blankets to ensure no wasteful packaging.
We would also ask that in the event of there being an issue with your reclaimed furniture, that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can take any appropriate action. To make a damage claim against our couriers we require photographs of the product in any packaging with the delivery label clearly visible.
Delivery to UK Mainland only.
As all of our reclaimed furniture is handmade to order, any amendments or cancellations for bespoke or custom-sized items must be requested within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, production may already have begun and changes may no longer be possible.
We are unable to accept returns on bespoke, personalised, made-to-order or custom items unless they are faulty.
Please note that reclaimed wood is a natural material and will continue to respond to its environment over time. Natural movement, cracks, splits and variations are part of the character of reclaimed timber and are not considered faults.
We kindly ask customers to follow our care guidance, including regular treatment with a clear natural beeswax polish, to help protect and nourish the wood. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by insufficient maintenance, exposure to excessive moisture, heat or sunlight or failure to care for the furniture appropriately.
