Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Tracking will be provided on despatch.
At Frank and Pig, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale and Discounted Items
Please note that all sale items, discounted products, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue promptly. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied.
