2. These Terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website or directly with us by email or telephone. They form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your purchase, and supersede any prior discussions unless confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
3. Our Products
All furniture, log stores, bin stores, and other items sold by Frank & Pig are handcrafted in the United Kingdom using solid timber and reclaimed materials. Every piece is built to order unless otherwise stated.
Reclaimed wood: Our products are made from reclaimed and sustainably sourced timber. Natural characteristics including grain variation, knots, historic markings, colour variation, and minor surface texture are inherent to the material and are not defects. These features are what make each piece entirely unique.
Bespoke items: Where a product is made to your individual specification — including custom dimensions, wood type, or finish — it is exempt from certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations policy for full details.
Product images: Photographs on our website are representative only. Due to the nature of reclaimed and solid wood, the exact grain, colouring, and character of your piece will differ from images shown. We consider this a quality, not a limitation.
4. Ordering
How to order: Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone. For bespoke items, we will confirm your specification in writing before production begins.
Order confirmation: Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it in writing and received your deposit payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Accuracy of information: It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided at the point of order — including dimensions, delivery address, and access requirements — are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items made to an incorrect specification provided by you.
Custom specifications: For bespoke orders, please review your specification confirmation carefully before responding to approve it. Once approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible, or may be subject to an additional charge.
5. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
For bespoke or custom orders, a written quotation will be provided. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is included free of charge on all standard UK mainland orders. Surcharges may apply for certain remote locations — these will be clearly communicated before you commit to an order.
6. Payment
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your place in our production schedule. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to despatch. We will contact you to arrange payment when your order is nearing completion.
Payment methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer Clearpay, a buy-now-pay-later facility. Use of Clearpay is subject to eligibility and Clearpay's own terms and conditions.
Late payment: If the balance is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to delay despatch or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel the order. Any deposit paid may be retained to cover costs incurred.
7. Production & Lead Times
All lead times provided are estimates based on our current workshop schedule and are given in good faith. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We will keep you informed throughout the production process and will notify you promptly if there is any significant change to your expected timescale.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material supply issues, extreme weather, illness, or other unforeseen events.
8. Delivery

If the base is not ready or suitable on the day of installation, we reserve the right to reschedule, and any additional costs incurred as a result may be charged to you.

10. Title & Risk
Ownership of the goods remains with Flexton Associates Ltd until payment has been received in full. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

-
Items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence
-
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
12. Warranty & Liability
We warrant that all items are made with reasonable skill and care, using quality materials appropriate to the product.
Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for:
-
Indirect or consequential losses
-
Loss of enjoyment, business, or profit
-
Damage caused by misuse, inappropriate care, or failure to follow any care guidance provided
-
Natural movement, expansion, or contraction of solid wood, which is a characteristic of the material
This does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
13. Caring for Your Furniture
Solid and reclaimed wood requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and longevity. We provide care guidance with every order. Failure to follow reasonable care instructions may affect the appearance of your piece over time and will not constitute a defect for the purposes of any claim.
