Delivery Information

Every piece of furniture we make is built to order by hand in our Devon workshop. That means your delivery isn't a next-day parcel drop — it's the final step in a process that's been carefully managed from the moment you placed your order. We think that's worth doing properly.

How It Works

Because everything is made to order, your delivery is arranged once your piece is complete and has passed our quality check. We'll be in touch to confirm a delivery date that works for you before anything leaves the workshop.

For log stores and bin stores, our team will deliver and install on the day — all you need to do is have your base prepared and ready.

Delivery Timescales

Lead times vary depending on the product and our current workshop schedule. As a guide:

Furniture (dining tables, benches, kitchen islands, etc.)
Typically 4–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size, specification, and current workload. We'll give you an estimated timescale when you order and keep you updated along the way.

Log Stores & Bin Stores
Typically 6-8 weeks from order. Delivery and installation are included and carried out by our own team.

Home Accessories & Smaller Items
These may be available for faster despatch. Please get in touch to confirm availability.

If you need something by a specific date — for a house move, event, or celebration — let us know at the point of enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Coverage

Free UK mainland delivery is included on all orders.

We deliver across the whole of the UK mainland, including Scotland, and have successfully delivered to the Channel Islands. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, just ask — we'll always do our best to find a solution.

Please note: deliveries to some remote or island locations may require an additional charge. We'll confirm this with you before you commit to an order.

Log Store & Bin Store Installation

Our log stores and bin stores are heavy, substantial pieces — and we think they deserve a proper installation rather than a kerbside drop. Our team will deliver and position your store on the day.

To prepare for installation, you'll need:
A flat, solid base is essential. We recommend concrete, paving slabs, flagstones, or timber decking. Grass or uneven ground is not suitable due to the weight of the store and the logs it will hold.

Please ensure the installation area is accessible and cleared before our team arrives. If you have any questions about preparation, we're happy to advise ahead of your delivery date.

Currently only available in the South West of England

Furniture Delivery

Larger items such as dining tables and kitchen islands are delivered by our trusted courier partners. Items are carefully packaged to protect them in transit.

If your delivery involves access challenges — narrow lanes, stairs, restricted parking, or tight doorways — please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We want your piece to arrive safely and without stress.

Deposits & Payment

We accept a deposit to secure your place in the workshop schedule, with the balance due prior to despatch. We'll confirm payment terms when you place your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Clearpay, which allows you to spread the cost interest-free. Visit our FAQ's for full details.

Tracking Your Order

As a small family-run business, we keep things personal. Once your order is placed, you'll have a direct point of contact for any questions. We'll reach out proactively with updates as your piece progresses through the workshop and when your delivery date is confirmed.
