Aftercare:
Avoid placing your furniture under direct sunlight and/or near radiators. Occasionally polish the wooden legs with bees wax polish to retain sheen. Fabric: To remove everyday household dust and dirt, clean by gently vacuuming the fabric with an upholstery brush. Periodic cleaning of the entire product is required to maintain appearance and to reduce premature wear and fading.

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Handcrafted items of furniture can take from 2 - 8 weeks. Handcrafted ceramics can take 10-14 business days due to levels of demand.

If you would like a refund or exchange, please email us at sales@frankandpig.com to notify us of the return/exchange request. We will reply within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
Please note that discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Frank & Pig are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
