Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Handcrafted ceramics can also take up to 10 - 14 business days due to levels of demand.

Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Frank & Pig are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
