Periodic cleaning of the entire product is required to maintain appearance and to reduce premature wear and fading. Do not rub, soak the fabric or allow stain to dry. Do not use proprietary cleaner or any other household cleaners.

Although we will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, some couriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Handcrafted items of furniture can take from 2 - 8 weeks. Handcrafted ceramics can take 10-14 business days due to levels of demand.

Please note that discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please return the item to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Frank & Pig are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
