Handmade in the UK, this generously proportioned timber garden building combines a spacious enclosed shed with a practical 850mm covered storage area, ideal for keeping wheelie bins discreetly tucked away beneath the roof.
With an overall height of approximately 2470mm, the design has been carefully developed with the 2.5 metre permitted development height restriction in mind, making it particularly useful where a lower-profile garden building is required.
The result is a substantial, traditionally built shed that looks at home in a country garden, while providing plenty of useful everyday storage.
A Shed With Built-In Storage
The covered section is one of the features that makes this garden shed particularly practical.
The standard design includes an 850mm covered storage area, which is ideal for housing wheelie bins while keeping them protected from the elements and neatly hidden from view.
However, it doesn't have to be used for bins.

Traditional Construction & Quality Materials
This is a garden building designed to last.
The shed is constructed using a substantial timber framework rather than the lightweight construction found on many standard garden sheds.
The walls feature a strong 47 × 95mm timber framework, finished externally with 15mm timber shiplap cladding for a traditional appearance and excellent weather protection.
The pitched roof is constructed using substantial 125 × 47mm timber king posts and rafters, providing a strong supporting structure for the reclaimed Welsh slate roof.
Inside, the roof is finished with a 9mm hardwood plywood ceiling lining, giving the interior a clean and substantial finish.
Every element has been chosen to create a garden building with the look, feel and strength of a permanent traditional structure.
Reclaimed Welsh Slate Roof
The reclaimed Welsh slate roof is one of the defining features of this beautiful garden shed.
Rather than using felt or lightweight roofing materials, we use genuine reclaimed Welsh slate, giving the building exceptional character and a traditional appearance that sits beautifully within a garden setting.
The roof is finished with traditional clay ridge tiles, complementing the natural variation of the reclaimed slate.
uPVC guttering and downpipes are fitted to both sides of the building to help collect and direct rainwater away.
Handmade Timber Door
The enclosed shed is accessed through a 700mm wide handmade timber door, constructed using matching shiplap timber in a traditional ledged and braced design.
The door is fitted with heavy-duty ironmongery, providing strength and durability for everyday use while complementing the traditional appearance of the building.
The door position and configuration can also be altered as part of a bespoke build.
Designed With Permitted Development Height Restrictions in Mind
With an overall height of approximately 2470mm, this garden shed has been specifically designed to provide substantial storage while keeping the overall roof height below 2.5 metres.
