Choosing the Best Size Dining Table
When choosing your dining table, it's important to think about how many people you are looking to seat. You will also need space around your table to move around comfortably. At Frank & Pig as a general rule, we allow 1ft per person at a table. A 6ft long table will seat 4 - 6 people, an 8ft long table will seat 8 -10 people comfortably. If you were to utilise a rustic bench seat on one side of your table, this was accommodate a few more people. Our handmade bench seating options are versatile all over your home and look right at home in any hallway or bedroom too.

Our Rustic Refectory Table is a beautifully handcrafted statement dining table made from locally sourced reclaimed pine or oak. Each piece is salvaged from old barns, houses and industrial buildings across Devon, making every reclaimed wood dining table our customers receive, completely unique.
All wood is carefully treated, inspected, with nails and metal removed, then hand-sanded to create a smooth yet characterful finish. The natural markings and history remain visible, giving your rustic dining table timeless charm every time.

Each wood store comes complete with a ten year guarantee and installation by our professional and friendly team. All you will need to do is prepare the space! A flat, solid base is required due to the weight of the stores and the weight of the logs that will be kept in them. We recommend an ideal base of either concrete, timber decking, flag stones or pavers.
